World Challenge 2011 21/10/2011 World Challenge 2011, a global competition run by BBC World News and Newsweek magazine in association with Shell, which recognises and rewards individuals and small business from around the world that show enterprise and innovation in tackling environmental and social issues. The 12 World Challenge finalists have now been announced which come from a diverse range of countries (including Japan), and a public vote is on live until Friday 11th November.
