Business Merger Announcement (Shell Japan Limited) : Shell Gas & Power Japan and Shell Global Solutions Japan have merged

Shell Gas & Power Japan and Shell Global Solutions Japan have merged as of 1 November 2010, and new company name is "Shell Japan Limited".
We will continue to operate under the following two business divisions:

Upstream International (Gas & Power Business):
Representative Director : Chris Gunner
Project & Technology (Global Solutions):
Vice President: Michio Aoki
