Shell And Osaka Gas Sign Long-Term LNG Supply Contract

Shell to sell up to 0.8 million tonnes per annum of LNG to Osaka Gas during the 25-year contract.

SINGAPORE -- Shell Eastern Trading Pte Ltd (Shell) and Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (Osaka Gas) have today signed a binding Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the long-term supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG).
The 25-year supply of up to 0.8 million tonnes per annum starting from April 2012 will be sourced from Shell's global LNG portfolio.
