Notice of completion of acquisition of "Nagaoka Thermal Power Plant"
Shell Overseas Holding Limited, a subsidiary of Shell plc (Headquarters: London, UK), announced that it has reached an agreement for the acquisition of Nagaoka Thermal Power Station on August 9, 2022, and is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Nagaoka Thermal Power Plant has been completed on September 30, 2022.

Shell Overseas Holding Limited, a subsidiary of Shell plc (Headquarters: London, UK, hereinafter referred to as "Shell"), has signed an agreement with Nagaoka Thermal Power Plant Co., Ltd. for the acquisition of Nagaoka Thermal Power Plant.
